Founded in 1970, Hypertronics was one of the few suppliers worldwide to offer the Hypertac Hyperboloid Technology. In 1995, Smiths Group acquired Hypertronics as well as the other Hypertac providers, and brought the companies together to create the Smiths Interconnect Hypertac Group. Over the years we have continued our innovation by enhancing the Hypertac Hyperboloid Technology used on our core products by applying this technology and expertise to further increase our product offerings.
Our expertise is in precision design and manufacturing of electronic interconnect systems. We provide complete solutions for any application where failure is not an option. Whether it’s custom or standard, we have a full offering of connectors, cable assemblies, mechanical or instrumentation housing, electrical modeling and testing.
