RE: Global IC and Hong Dark Suspect Counterfeit Electronic Parts

To whom it may concern,

Connectors North America (which includes Hypertronics and Sabritec Corporations) is aware of the concerns regarding the correspondence from the United States Air Force with regards to Hong Dark Electronic Trade Company (or other known trading names – reference note below) and that they have been suspended from government contracting, either from directly, indirectly or from receiving the benefits of federal assistance programs.

Connectors North America as part of our counterfeit parts prevention program has assessed and confirmed that our products have not contained parts from Global IC and/or Hong Dark to the best of our knowledge.

We believe that our policies, sourcing strategies and the integrity of our suppliers make it highly unlikely that any material processed for Hypertronics or Sabritec Corporation originates from Global IC and/or Hong Dark.
