Non-Magnetic Interconnects

Hypertac ClearImage^® Series features non-magnetic contacts designed specifically for interconnections in MRI systems, beds, coils, accessories and other associated devices.

These contacts are non-magnetic versions of the proven, highly reliable, Hypertac^® hyperboloid contact technology.

All of the products in Hypertac ClearImage series are free of any material that could potentially distort magnetic flux and include offerings for power, signal and coax – each meeting or exceeding the magnetic permeability requirements for applications in, or near, the MRI imaging volume. These non-magnetic contacts feature a self-cleaning wiping action, high cycle life, low mating force and are impervious to contact fretting caused by the vibration of imaging equipment.

Hypertac offers ClearImage modular connectors in various combinations to accommodate development projects and production orders. ClearImage custom cable assemblies are available for specific customer requirements and include non-magnetic contacts, connectors, and cable.
