HMD Series - Micro-D Style Signal Connector
These High Density Micro Connectors (HMD Range) provide a drop in replacement for Micro D style interconnects making them ideal for applications such as cable to cable and cable to PCB.
An innovative design offers low installation costs, superior salt/fog resistance, as well as reduced weight and size, when compared to competitive Micro D products.
The HMD range is available in 5, 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, and 51 ways and features 0.6mm contacts rated at 4 amps per way, integral polarizing ribs, an interfacial seal, and jackscrew mating devices. Connectors are available as PCB or cable mount. A potted back shell provides protection for cable terminations and a shrouded insulator protects pins from accidental damage.
