Vadim Radunsky Appointed as New President of Hypertronics

Hudson, MA (May 11, 2006)— Hypertronics Corporation, the interconnect solutions leader, today announced the appointment of Vadim Radunsky as President. Since 2001, Vadim has served as Hypertronics ' Vice President of Engineering and New Business Development.

"I am confident that he will provide the leadership in this new role that is required to create the vision to drive the business forward and take us to the next stage of our development."

With 14 years of engineering and business management experience in electronic components and plastics industries, Vadim rejoined Hypertronics in 2001 from C&K Switch division of ITT Cannon, where he served as Director of US Operations. Previously, Vadim led the manufacturing engineering organization at Hypertronics as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and worked for BPI Packaging Technologies. Vadim began his professional career as a Process Engineer with Unitrode Corporation in 1990.

Vadim received a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Engineering in Moscow , Russia , and an MBA degree from Northeastern University . Vadim and his family live in Central Massachusetts .
